JOE BARBER
11 HEAD COACH
Coach TJ Jackson brings an elite, dual-threat professional background to Vengeance Elite Baseball. A standout prospect out of Carrollton’s Newman Smith High School, where he was ranked a Perfect Game National Top 100 player. TJ’s explosive athleticism and raw tools caught the immediate attention of Major League scouts. He was selected in the MLB Draft by both the Houston Astros (2008, 22nd Round) and the New York Mets (2010, 45th Round).
As a 6'2" professional athlete who excelled both on the mound and at the plate, Coach TJ understands exactly what it takes to transition raw talent into high-caliber performance. He has a proven track record of developing elite youth players, having previously coached highly competitive Youth Majors teams in Oklahoma.

Coach Michael Allen brings a powerful blend of elite discipline, strategic leadership, and technical expertise to Vengeance Elite Baseball. As a veteran, Coach Michael has spent years leading teams in high-stakes environments, mastering the arts of focus, resilience, and strategic execution. He seamlessly translates this background into youth sports, instilling a high-performance mindset and unparalleled mental toughness in every player he coaches.
As our resident technical specialist, Coach Michael is an expert in biomechanics and movement efficiency. He possesses an elite eye for detail, breaking down complex movements to help players refine their physical skills, eliminate inefficiencies, and safely maximize their overall performance on the field.
